News

23 December 2009 IMPORTANT MESSAGE
Some of LBG's secure websites will have a new certificate which has not yet been trusted by all the latest versions of the major web browsers. As of today, updates to the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Google Chrome are complete and we recommend using these browsers(if the site support them) at this time(if IE reported a warning, please run Windows Update and try again with IE restarted).

Other browsers, like Firefox and Safari are still pending. As a result, you may see a "The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is not trusted" warning when visiting some of our secure websites. First, make sure that your browser is up to date with the latest version. If you still get this warning, you could opt for either

(A) installing our certificate issuer's(ipsCA) certificate manually into your browser by visiting this ipsCA webpage and find the links "ipsCA global CA Root" and "ipsCA Level 1 CA".

For Safari: Download the two files to your computer's Download folder. Double click and add them to your keychain.

For Firefox: Click on the two links and press the "Install Certificate" button.

(B)As an alternative, you could also opt for safely trusting our site's certificate and proceeding to the page.

We intend to post any new developments in this matter here as soon as they will become available. If you had any further questions, please contact us by the link on the left panel.
